Not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it? You can always return the order to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note! We would like to receive the item back to us in its original condition (incl. labels) & packaging.

How does the return process work?

1. Read the information below carefully and fill in the digital return form.
2. Pack the items (undamaged, clean and unused in the original packaging including box).
3. Make sure your own details / order number can be found in or on the packaging.
4. Write the return address on the outside of the package.
5. Return the package within 14 days via a shipping point (e.g. PostNL / DHL or another of your choice).

Important information

• The cost of returning your order is at your own expense.
• You are responsible for shipping and delivery to the correct return address (see above address) of Webshop-outlet.nl. If the package is sent to a different warehouse than the address above, a handling fee of 5 euros will be charged.
• If the return package is damaged or lost, the risk is for the sender of the package. Therefore, always keep the receipt from the post office by which the parcel was sent.
• Clearly indicate your name, address and order number in the box of your return parcel (without details we cannot link your return and refund your purchase price).
• Returns without a sender will be stored at our head office for up to one month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the parcel will be processed through our own administration.
• Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging. Please send the packaging with care, please do not use duct tape for this.
• Please complete the form below. Completing the return form must be done within 14 days of receipt, after which you have 14 days to return the package. After this, your right of withdrawal expires.
• If your return is approved, your return will be credited within 14 working days. As stated earlier, you will have to pay the return costs yourself.
